1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the www.irongatewildlife.com website and the wildlife removal, pest control, and exclusion services provided by IronGate Wildlife & Pest Control ("IronGate," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Quotes and estimates
Quotes generated on this site are estimates based on the information you provide (address, structure size, lot size, year built, detached structures, and similar inputs). Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection or if property details differ from what was entered. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
3. Service scheduling and access
You agree to provide accurate property information and reasonable access to your property so we can perform the requested services. Missed appointments or denied access may result in a trip charge.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. Recurring plans renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for services rendered.
5. Warranty
Exclusion repairs are warrantied in writing for the period stated on your work order. Pest control and wildlife removal results depend on conditions outside our control (weather, neighboring properties, new entry points, sanitation, etc.); we do not guarantee that pests or wildlife will never return. We will re-treat covered issues at no charge during an active recurring service plan.
6. Communications and SMS consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from IronGate Wildlife & Pest Control about your quote, appointments, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. 7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt or compromise its security, submit false information, or use the site or our communications for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The website content, branding, photography, and trademarks are owned by IronGate Wildlife & Pest Control or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
